TreePill is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. TreePill is a reminder tool designed to help you track your medication schedule. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend dosages, or replace your healthcare provider. Always follow your doctor's instructions and consult them if you miss doses, experience side effects, or have questions about your treatment. Do not use TreePill to make medical decisions without professional guidance.
TreePill is intended for informational and organizational purposes only. The app does not verify the accuracy of the medication information you enter. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your medication names, dosages, schedules, and instructions are correct. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or saw in TreePill.
TreePill offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds are processed by the developer — all billing disputes must go through Apple.
TreePill sends reminders, but it cannot guarantee delivery due to factors outside our control (device settings, Do Not Disturb, notification permissions, battery optimization, network issues, etc.). You are solely responsible for taking your medications as prescribed. The developer of TreePill is not liable for any health consequences resulting from missed doses, incorrect data entry, app downtime, or notification failures.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter into TreePill, including medication names, dosages, schedules, and inventory counts. TreePill does not validate medical information against any external database. Always double-check your entries with your healthcare provider or pharmacist.
All content, design, code, and assets in TreePill and this website are the property of TreePill and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or website without explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to TreePill at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of TreePill after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Use are in addition to the Apple Standard EULA for apps distributed through the App Store. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA governs for matters related to Apple services and In-App Purchases.
